Logies Ruby Red Carpet
It's the Australian Television industries night of nights
When we recognize the best in the TV biz and those emerging actors, directors, producers and scriptwriters
For those that don't know The Logies is similar to the American version of the Emmy's but in Australia and obviously with Australian talent :)Although it does attract international popstars and quests like Katy Perry and One Direction (when they were together)
I was lucky enough to attend the 59th Annual Logies Awards at the Crown Entertainment Complex in Melbourne, Australia and meet the most intriguing, successful and entertaining Australian actors and personalities on the Red Carpet
From chatting to James Blunt to interviewing the new Bachelorette Sophie Monk to joking around with Hamish Blake - it's safe to say no Australian celeb walked past the "January Diaries" red carpet section without having a good chat and sharing some gossip!!
Here are all my highlights - oh and special thanks to UVA Salon for doing my hair color and hair do just in time for my Red Carpet appearance and to the incredible Nicolangela designer for this stunning dress that literally made me feel well red carpet ready for this important occasion
step inside the UVA salon Crowne Csino suite as they pamper and prepare me for my Logies Red Carpet debut
Watch as I enter the Red Carpet and start my reporting!
One of my fave interviews of the night with the incredibly talented James Blunt
Here I interview the cast of the new Stan series "The Other Guy" and the Melbourne Housewives
Watch as I interviewed Osher Gunsberg host of "The Bachelor" and also Shelley Craft from "The Block" and also pop singer/actress Natalie Bassingthwaighte
“We had a record number of votes, showing that people have never been more engaged in
and excited about the TV WEEK Logie Awards,” TV WEEK Editor Emma Nolan says.
