Okay - so the term "Girl Boss" is thrown around a lot these days BUT I was lucky enough to meet some genuine girl-bosses at a recent Joli Beauty Bar event - and might I add this was not just any event - it was Joli Beauty Bar's 1 year anniversary!

So if you follow me on instagram you will know that Joli Beauty Bar is my fave beauty salon in Manhattan - not just because of the incredibly talented beauty artists there but also because of the girl-bond and community they create there.

From the moment you walk through the doors you're made to feel like you've walked into your best friends AMAZING apartment.
