My Sauna Life

If you follow me on Instagram then you would know I recently had a baby girl, in fact only 2 months ago :)

So to say I've been in my postpartum era is highly accurate and therefore my self-care time has been limited as I've been naturally caring for my new baby girl. That is why when I was looking for appropriate saunas that would enable me as a new mum to feel rejuvenated and help accelerate my overall postpartum healing process then I naturally choose Harvia.

As soon as I mention "Sauna Time" my kids get so excited! We make sure when we sauna with our kids it is at low temperatures and for 5 minute increments but they truly love it and benefit from gentle temperatures and always supervised sessions.

My postpartum journey hasn't been easy but soft sauna time has really helped nurture my wellbeing and also let my muscles relax and reduce swelling and manage the stress of newborn life. Additionally with sleep deprivation from my newborn the heat therapy has been so important by promoting the release of endorphins.
