What do you get when you combine futuristic furnishings with some old world charm? I can tell you - it's an upscale hotel located in the 1st district of Vienna called Hotel Topazz

With it's pantone colors - decadent furnishings and old world Viennese decor this hotel is a pure delight to stay in.

In fact so much so that I stayed for an entire weekend - did I want to leave... well no but did I make the most of my time in this opulent design hotel - YES!

The suites are spacious - super modern and have this stunning opal shaped windows that make you feel as if you're in a futuristic film clip and you're the main star :)

One of my favorite places in this hotel is their lounge - not only do they serve complimentary tea, coffee and Viennese sweets all day long but the purple sofas and gorgeous furnishings make you want to stay all day long!

In fact one day I did exactly that - check out my fave pre-game or rather chill down place before a night out on the Vienna town

Always looking up - well it's pretty easy to feel happy in these decadent surroundings!

ok so I think I might have to come back to this hotel again soon - it's just too uber cool!!
