Summer is finally here in Europa and what better way to celebrate the dawning of a new season than with a fresh new DO!

I have been curious as to what a Balayage is exactly for some time now and finally took the plunge and got one - the result - well see for yourself in my video below. I was so lucky to have the fabulous Cobella Hair Salon in Kensington, London. They showed me exactly how a Balayage should be done - safe to say I am now #Summer2019 ready!

So what is a Balayage

Balayage is a French word meaning to sweep or to paint. It’s a freehand hair colouring technique that gives a really blended natural look with no harsh or obvious regrowth lines.

It’s a great method if you want to refresh your colour but don’t want to go for a bold colour overhaul.
