Portobello Hotel

In case you haven't noticed I love London - so much in fact I went back there last week and stayed at the beautiful boutique hotel Portobello Hotel

Situated in Notting hill. This hotel is the quintessential London hotel. And I stayed in the famed "Exceptional Room" with a veiled circular bed (slumbered in by Johnny Depp and Kate Moss). It truly lives up to its name.

Yes I stayed in room number 16 - the famous room even frequented by Robbie Williams.

The room also has a Victorian bath-tub that was once even filled with Champagne by Kate moss and Johnny Depp.

Aesthetically tarnished mirrors and brass details with high ceilings and the walls papered with Audubon-style bird illustrations.

The huge bay windows overlook the private gardens next door and the make the entire experience feel very private and decadent.

If the Exceptional Room is booked – as it frequently is – the mural-toting Good Rooms are almost as dramatic.

But this bathtub takes decadence to a next level!

And the bed is exceptional too!

I literally didn't want to leave my room!
