this must be my dream

On Friday I had one of the best surprises - and realized "this must be my dream!"

I woke to find that one of my fave bands 1975 was hosting a pop-up shop in my neighborhood in downtown New York - I was so excited and lined up for many hours.. yes that's right I lined up in the sub zero degree temperatures...and I really believe nothing is worth lining up for in life but I just new this pop-up shop would deliver the goods.

This is 1975's second album called 'I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it'

Ok so before you ask I literally missed meeting the band by 15 mins - they left before I arrived but alas there were amazing artwork to stare at and awesome 1975 groupies to chat with. Although my dog Buford who loves listening to 1975 missed out on his selfie with the lead vocalist Matthew Healy... All was forgiven once we stepped inside this magical little shop!

The album artwork was incredible - by a UK based artist called David Drake - here are two of my favourite prints
