I have to say my children's double christening celebration was the most magical and special afternoon that I could have ever hoped for!...

I recently had both my children christened in a combined christening celebration. So just for those wondering, I' actually not religious but I believe in faith and religious faith is important to my Husband's side of the family. I was actually brought up with parents that didn't have any religious preference, although I went to a catholic school. I myself was never even christened but for me a christening is as much a celebration of life and love as it is a sacrament to god.

So it's official - my little boy turned 3! It is true what they say, being a parent, the days are long but the years are fast. Too fast....
